Lionfish Parents,

We are looking forward to our away meet tomorrow! Our meet is against Memorial Bend Swim Club located at 12805 Boheme Dr. Houston, Texas 77024. Our meet tomorrow has a start time of 6PM.

Meet Schedule:

5:00PM: Swimmer Arrive by 5PM & check in with wranglers

5:00PM: Memorial West Warm up

5:20PM: Lionfish Warm up

5:45PM: Judges, Timers, Scorekeeper meeting with Meet Director at the Starter Tent

5:50PM: Half Lappers line up

6:00PM: Swim Meet begins!

• Visiting Team Area: We will be using a grassy, shaded area in the NW corner of the pool (opposite side of the playground). Tarps will be put out for each age group, so please look for your swimmers group when you arrive.
• Also, while our wranglers help swimmers get to their events, they are not responsible for babysitting swimmers throughout a meet. If you notice a wrangler needing help please help if you can! Thanks in advance for helping out the wranglers as much as possible!
• PARKING: Please observe all parking signs in the neighborhood regarding which side of the street to park on. They will have a drop off zone in front of their pool on Boheme that can be utilized to help unload gear and swimmers.
• Volunteers: Please check-in with the Lionfish volunteer coordinator when you arrive. She will have a table set up in our team area.
• Concessions: They will be offering pizza, chips, candy and drinks in addition to Saigon Hustle who will have bahn mi sandwiches, rolls and a kid-friendly chicken & rice dish. Cash and Venmo only. Small bills appreciated.
